Confirmed guests will receive a personal invite to PINE,(https://pine.events/mobile-app) our matchmaking app — please check your inbox 📬 (noreply@pine.events(mailto:noreply@pine.events)). The platform opens ~10 days before the event. Once inside, add/modify your personal information. After setting your personal profile, you can browse the guest list and send meeting requests. You can browse the guest list and send meeting requests. 📅 1:1 meetings are available at the Main Event on Tuesday, 12th of May, during the networking session between 12:00–17:00, where 1:1 tables will be allocated by the matchmaking app. Outside this time window, meetings can only be arranged independently by agreeing on a time and location directly through the app.

We suggest finding a hotel or Airbnb in the area of Bologna Central Station, so you’re close to the shuttle bus stop. As usual, we provide free transportation to the venues for both days (11-12th of May). The event has limited seating and is free for the invited guests, with a big (and growing) waiting list. ⚠️ No-shows or late cancellations impact planning and other guests ⚠️ If your plans change 1. Reach your confirmation email (where the QR Code ticket is), click Update Registration at the bottom of the email 2. Update the selected sessions according to your calendar 3. If you selected the Monday, 11th of May Side Events during registration, please note: 1. Be in Bologna by 17:00 and ready to join the activity. 2. Check your inbox for an email confirming which side event you have been assigned to (it will arrive closer to the date). 3. The email will include the location, schedule, and transport details (including shuttle bus, if applicable). The Gala Dinner takes place after the Main Event and is invite-only for a subset of TBG partecipant due to limited capacity. If you have been invited, your access will be confirmed in both ways: 1. By email — under the section Your Invite Includes 2. On Eventboost — the session will appear as selectable to confirm your seat Guests without confirmation will not be able to access the Gala Dinner. → Business Smart is the dress code for the entire event, including those of you attending the closing Gala dinner on 12/05 - you will be shuttled straight out of Tecnopolo DAMA, so there is no time for a change anyway. Besides, we are the opposite of posh :) 💫
