Here is an easy step-by-step guide to make the most of the app

1. Onboarding the Platform

Confirmed guests will receive a personal invite to PINE via email. Please check your inbox 📬

2. Setup your profile (tags, company profile and more)

We already uploaded and tagged your profiles with the information you shared in registration.

You can enrich your personal profile with additional tags, modify your personal and/or company bio.

NOTE: if you already have a PINE profile linked to another email than the one used during registration on Eventboost -- or you login with your personal email -- it will likely void the preparation we made. If you prefer continuing with your personal profile, make sure to: i. Link your profile to your company profile; ii. Add all the valuable tags to your personal profile;

Attendee List & Search/tags

3. Navigating the App & Attendee List

You can use the app to navigate the full attendee list by individuals, companies (and their representatives), sponsors, and sessions. To navigate this effectively, you can:

Filter the lists, using the filter toggle on the top right (an inverted pyramid), to filter by group or tags
[smartphone-only] Use the search bar in the bottom of the screen menù (central button), to search across all the groups, tags, and companies at once

Book Meetings & Locations

4. Booking Meetings

Once you've found whom you'd like to meet, you can press Request a Meeting button to propose a 20 minutes meeting.

pick when to meet (time slot), then where to meet (options between Auto place a reservation/ Corner by Partner/ Custom).
The other person needs to accept your request before the meeting is confirmed.

Numbered Tables are available between 11:45 and 16:45, automatically allocated by the system. Select Auto place reservation (the system picks the table for you). If the option isn't there, the tables are either fully booked in that slot — or you're booking outside the time window.

Custom Location & Corner by Partner are your fallback if no tables are free. Write where to meet, or pick a partner corner. No capacity limits.

Good Manners: If you are not interested in meeting someone, or if someone does not answer your proposal, decline the meeting. It frees your time slot for others to meet you.
